1. Overview
Evicta engages subprocessors to provide infrastructure, storage, and payment processing services necessary to deliver the platform. This list identifies each category of subprocessor, the purpose of processing, and the geographic region.
We provide thirty (30) calendar days' notice before engaging a new subprocessor or materially changing an existing subprocessor's role. During this notice period, Customers may object by contacting support@evicta.dev.
2. Infrastructure & Execution
The infrastructure subprocessor provides the compute orchestration layer that powers Evicta's ephemeral extraction runtimes. Execution contexts are transient — created per extraction run and destroyed upon completion.
3. Configuration Storage
The configuration storage subprocessor provides encrypted object storage for extraction archives and configuration metadata. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Archives are automatically purged via lifecycle policies after the Migration Window concludes.
4. Payments
The payment subprocessor provides PCI-compliant payment processing for license purchases. No payment card data is stored on Evicta infrastructure.
5. AI & Machine Learning
The AI & Machine Learning subprocessor provides schema analysis and mapping recommendations to power Evicta's Probabilistic AI Mapping engine. Zero Customer Data is used for model training.
6. Notification of Changes
When Evicta engages a new subprocessor or materially changes an existing subprocessor's role, we will update this page and provide written notice to registered contacts at least thirty (30) calendar days before the change takes effect.
To receive notifications about subprocessor changes, subscribe to updates by contacting support@evicta.dev.
